Our menu of services at Ou Salon is a la carte. Color, highlighting, and texture services listed do not include balancing toners, haircuts or blowouts. Flat iron or curling service is an add on service and must be booked with a haircut or blowout service. All services include a complimentary consultation. The price of service is based on the professional level of the stylist you select and the availability of that level at the time of booking. Additional charges (+) may also apply if services requested require additional product application or time, varying depending on individual hair length, density, or texture. Starting prices are listed according to the stylist selected when booking online and through reception. Gratuities
Tipping is always appreciated when you are pleased with your service. Cash is king and preferred, but you may add a gratuity for your stylist to your credit/debit card at checkout as well here. Some stylists also have Venmo for a direct option.
Cancellations
We ask for your consideration when cancelling your appointment. Please be kind to your stylist and give us at least 24-hour notice when cancelling your appointment. Your stylist will then have the opportunity to fill the opening in their schedule with other clients that may be waiting to get in for services. If you are a cancellation or no show with less than 24-hour notice, we may ask you to provide your credit card in order to schedule any future appointments.
eGift Certificates
eGift certificates can be used for the purchase of goods, services, and gratuities at Ou Salon hair studio. Use of this certificate constitutes acceptance to these terms and conditions: All certificates are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Certificates must be presented at time of service and may not be used to purchase additional gift cards. Service prices are subject to change without notice. Certificates expire 2 years from date of issue. Gift cards are available for purchase at ousalon.com or by calling the salon.
